Useful URL's that are titorials on how to solve a problem in Excel 2003
This can be useful, in IT. Rather than telling a customer or employee how to fix something over the phone or going over to them, you can just email them a URL with the video of how to fix the problem. Saving Time for the IT administrator as well as the customer/employee.
